ISHERI NORTH is a boundary spot between Lagos and Ogun state along LAGOS IBADAN expressway.

In 2006 a plot of land was sold btw 500K and 8000K. In 2007 it was sold between 1. 5Million and 2Million. In 2010, prices for plot of land are now between 3M and 12M.

The investment prospects of buying properties in Isheri north are quite enormous. The assumption is that with MAGODO GRA AND OMOLE phase1 were property prices are already btw 60M and 100M is just few minutes away from ISHERI NORTH.

The gap between these locations is expected to close up soon especially as the federal government is already in the advanced stage of its plane to expand the expressway.
